Hiring an experienced paralegal.
Must be competent in docketing, e-filing complaints, summons, alias summons and postings and case management software.
Paralegal must have strong oral and written communication skills, must pay attention to detail, must work independently and have strong organizational skills.
Must have knowledge of civil litigation.
