DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Civil Rights Case Experience (required)
- Competent in Federal Court filing and procedure
- Ability to assist in all phases of case (pre-litigation through trial support)
- In-depth working knowledge of MS Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of legal research databases
- Experience with case management software
- Minimum 5 years proven experience
- ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate/AA and/or Bachelor’s in any relevant field
- Spanish Fluency (speaking, writing, reading)
