Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable part-time Front Desk Assistant to help greet patients and support our office team in the afternoons. This is a great position for a responsible high school or college student who enjoys working with people and wants to gain professional experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Assist with check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and direct messages as needed
- Help with scheduling and basic office tasks
- Keep the front area tidy and organized

- Friendly and professional communication
- Reliable and punctual — patients and our team count on you!
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment
- Comfortable with basic computer use (training provided)
- Previous customer service experience a plus, but not required
