SUNMED | Your CBD Store is looking for a Part-Time Wellness Associate to join our team! This isn’t your average retail job - we’re all about education, wellness, and authentic human connection. If you’re outgoing, confident, and passionate about helping others feel their best, we want to meet you.
About the Role:
This position is based out of our Winter Haven location but requires occasional travel to our Lakeland store - flexibility is a must!
You’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting and consulting customers in-store with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Making outbound calls to our loyal customers - reminding them about free gifts, limited-time promos, and special events
- Representing the brand at community events, passing out flyers, and building real relationships with local businesses
- Staying on top of product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward wellness solutions
- Helping set up fun in-store happenings like paint nights and seasonal pop-ups

- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with people they’ve never met
- Flexible and willing to work both Winter Haven and Lakeland as needed

Requirements:
- Must be 21+ (due to industry regulations)
- Reliable transportation (we reimburse for gas when traveling for work-related tasks)
- Open availability—including occasional events outside of regular hours
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Sales experience or a background in wellness is a plus, but not required
