The Blackhawk Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our Glendale, AZ team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly by managing parts requisitions, verifying stock availability, coordinating with buyers, and overseeing shipping and receiving. Key Responsibilities:
· Pull mechanics requisitions from Corridor, check stock for availability, and allocate parts.
· Issue parts with proper paperwork and verify expiration dates.
· Ensure all requisitions are filled the same day they are received.
· Process returns in Corridor; return parts to bins or vendors as directed by the Parts Manager.
· Monitor Hardware bins and consumable inventory, report ordering needs to buyer, and verify expiration dates.
· Process sales orders for walk-up and local customers.
· Maintain MSDS sheets and log.
· Coordinate hazardous materials (Hazmat) pickups, send copies of Hazmat Manifest forms to DTSC.
· Coordinate all outgoing shipments, including international and freight shipments, following company shipping protocols (insurance, photos, Hazmat, etc.).
· Update outbound shipping log daily and distribute to the company.
· Process month-end reports as assigned by your supervisor.
· Receive inbound shipments, verify parts and quantities, and perform ship/receive transactions in Corridor, and upload documents to SharePoint.
· Inspect received parts for condition and paperwork accuracy; verify serial numbers when applicable.
· Take photos of damaged or noncompliant parts.
· Ship cores and RMA’s back to vendors.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficiency with inventory management systems (Corridor or similar).
· Basic understanding of shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
· Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous buying or purchasing experience.
· Prior experience in the automotive or aviation industries.
· Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations.
