Peerali Law seeks a Full Time legal case manager to handle all aspects of case management and medical records on behalf of personal injury clients, including gathering, organizing, and summarizing records; coordinating client care; reviewing, responding to, and issuing subpoenas; and coordinating depositions and meetings with medical providers. Ideal candidates will have a background working in a law firm, reviewing medical records and bills, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all prelitigation aspects of a personal injury case file.
- Schedule doctor appointments for clients.
- Open insurance claims.
- Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens.
- Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that pertains to the case.
- Collect and organize medical records.
- Manage medical treatment while providing treatment recommendations.
- Client communication.
- Draft demand packages.
- Negotiate liens.
Qualifications:
- Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Skills & Requirements:
- Qualified candidate will have a CA license and 1-2+ years of Personal Injury legal experience.
- Litigation experience is NOT required for this role.
- Excellent writing skills are required.
- Must be familiar with reading medical reports and bills.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with serious injury cases.
- Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish.
