Job Summary
TeleCare Pharmacy (TCP) is a national mail order pharmacy licensed in all 50 states and D.C. TeleCare Pharmacy is one of the leading pharmacies providing comprehensive pharmacy services specializing in personal injury and Worker’s Compensation claims. Our experienced team understands the complexity of Worker’s Compensation and personal injury cases.
TCP collaborates closely with personal injury law firms, case managers, billing companies, and other stakeholders to provide pharmacy and telemedicine services tailored to injured individuals.
We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal with Personal Injury Case Management experience to join our team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Injury Coordinator to manage communications and documentation between our pharmacy, law firms, healthcare providers, and billing partners. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth process for injured patients receiving pharmacy services and legal case coordination.
Responsibilities
- Intake information for injured individuals from law firms and healthcare providers
- Coordinate with the pharmacy team to gather and complete documentation for each patient
- Contact law firms and injured individuals to obtain missing details
- Submit completed patient files to the billing company in a timely manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for law firms, providers, billing companies, funding groups, and the sales team
- Provide pharmacy dispense reports and other case-related documentation on a scheduled basis
- Submit invoices for pharmacy services to the appropriate parties
- Respond to subpoenas, insurance request letters, and other legal communications
- Distribute marketing packets to targeted personal injury law firms
- Assist in training new team members on PI-related workflows and procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal injury, legal, or healthcare administration preferred
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with pharmacy or case management systems a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish or other language) preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
