We are seeking Pest Control Apprentices to join our team in San Diego. Qualified candidates must be customer service oriented, have a positive attitude, eager to learn and interested in long-term career growth. JOB SUMMARY
- Perform thorough inspections and treatments of customer’s homes /businesses
- Prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection findings to obtain sales
- Educate and communicate with our customers on both service and sales solutions/recommendations
- Reach target service and sales goals
- Continually refine skills and knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license and good driving history
- Maintains a regular and punctual attendance
- High character, be willing to do the right thing
- Strong written skills to properly document services and findings
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and subcontractors to express ideas and technical concepts to problem solve
- Ability to organize workload effectively and work with a sense of urgency
- Committed to customer service satisfaction and good safety practices
- Ability to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at heights
- Must be able to pass state exams to legally perform contracted work (training & state licensing fee provided)

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
