Summary:
Provides guest service, safeguards company funds and maintains an accurate account of cash window impress totals. Review and validation of all end of shift Player Services Representative paperwork. Maintain an accurate inventory of all assigned vault assets and prepare reports that properly account for changes in assigned inventory from a shift-to-shift basis. Manage and account for all ATM/TITO kiosk activity, including fills. Additionally, provides cash services for both internal and external guests and provides information and all services related to the One Card, including the sign up of new customers and the issuance of new cards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Securing of company funds.
- Review and validation of all end of shift Player Services Representative paperwork.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all assigned vault assets and prepare reports that properly account for changes in assigned inventory from a shift-to-shift basis.
- Manage and account for all ATM/TITO kiosk activity, including fills.
- Work in the capacity of a Player Services Representative as required.
- Validate, within established guidelines, all revenue drop processed by soft count, including inspection of all underlying documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily bank deposits.
- Understand and execute regulations for AML (Anti-money laundering) and Title 31.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge to answers questions about the One Card promotions and rewards program and other general information regarding overall casino amenities including, but not limited to parking, facilities, hotels, restaurants, and all events and promotions.
- Act as a liaison, as necessary, between line staff and departmental leadership to ensure leadership is aware of any challenges with job performance, staffing levels, and/or job tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous casino experience as a Player Services Representative or Cage or other similar position.
- Data entry/computer skills are required.
- Must be mathematically inclined.
- Money handling and organizational skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, CMP, Newave, Telecheck, Fabicash, Recycler and SDS preferred.
- Must be proficient in using the Ten Key Adding Machine.
- The primary language spoken and written is English.
- Effective Customer Service skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.
