We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Pricing and Contract Administration Team as a Pricing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, technologically savvy, and will help Micro-Tech USA achieve exceptional results.
Primary Objective:
We are searching for a full-time Pricing Coordinator that has a passion for providing exceptional customer service to external and internal customers such as our sales team and other employees located in the field. The Pricing Coordinator role requires a keen eye to detail, and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP; with the ability to independently perform complex tasks. They will support the pricing function, and work with the internal team on pricing proposals and pricing management, while operating within approved guidelines. The Pricing Coordinator will also be a key point of contact for customer price requests, and s/he will assist with any other organizational ad hoc requests.
Successful candidates should feel inspired to work in a demanding environment, demonstrating the ability to be self-directed and multi-task while meeting deadlines in a timely fashion. Additionally, qualified candidates will be exceptional at customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills, as they work across functions and organizational levels to deliver results.
Responsibilities
The Pricing Coordinator will:
· Work with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care departments to improve efficiency and speed in supporting the pricing requests of our Sales team and customers.
· Provide internal and external customer service, including supporting the needs of our sales team, including national accounts.
- Make data-driven decisions to address pricing requests consistently.
- Maintain pricing information in ERP System.
- Maintain prices for new and existing products and ensure appropriate pricing approvals are obtained.
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing in price lists utilized by our Sales Reps and Customers
- Provide support for quotations and pricing proposals across the organization.
- Assist Finance, Customer Care, and the Sales Reps to promptly resolve pricing related discrepancies.
- Act promptly and effectively when assigned tasks, driving appropriate follow-up to ensure timely responses to internal and external customer inquiries and requests with exceptional attention to detail.
- Actively contribute as part of a collaborative team, working well with others.
- Willingness to learn the technical aspects needed to promote the position.
- Update CRM ticketing system with ongoing work.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager to support the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with ERP data entry; SAP and pricing module experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, with proven ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships

· Maintain proper ergonomic posture while working to prevent strain or discomfort, including adjusting seating, using proper keyboard and mouse ergonomics, and arranging workspaces for comfort.
