Role Responsibilities
As Program Director, you will oversee all aspects of the residential department, including:
- Managing the program department with over 120+ individuals.
- Hiring, training, and mentoring residential staff.
- Ensuring program excellence and alignment with Havenwood’s therapeutic mission.
- Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for our clients.
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance to all applicable entities
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience, cultural fit, education, and leadership potential)
- Performance Bonus paid monthly.
