C&S has immediate openings for full-time, temp-to hire Property Maintenance Technicians in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Property Maintenance Technicians: $20-$25/hr. commensurate with experience; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technicians:
- general maintenance to apartments
- basic electrical and plumbing
- basic carpentry
Requirements for Property Maintenance Technicians:
- general plumbing and electrical knowledge/skills
- basic carpentry skills
- ability to use tools and maintenance equipment
- must have valid driver’s license
- ability to pass background and drug screening
