Job Summary
The Property Management Maintenance Assistant will support local Realtor/Property Manager in all aspects of facility maintenance for up to 20 residential and commercial units. Seeking an independent, self-starter that can work flexible hours from Monday through Friday and respond to various maintenance tasks and assignments . Larger remodel jobs and extended projects may also be offered.
Duties
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of maintenance activities across multiple residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Provide customer service support by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors/contractors for specialized tasks such as welding and electrical repairs.
- Perform residential painting and other general maintenance duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or property management is preferred, including basic electrical and plumbing.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and owners.
- Ideal candidate will have their own tools and vehicle who can work independently in an efficient manner with very little supervision.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
