Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Buy and procure materials and products necessary for operations while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information in procurement systems.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or delivery.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
