Lulu and Georgia is looking for a QA Analyst to join our growing Technology team. You will work hands-on in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving are key. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent organization, and communication skills. You will be responsible from the planning to the implementation phase and ensure that the product is delivered adhering to deadlines. In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Technology. This role will help join in the company mission to create a brave and inclusive community where diversity and inclusivity are woven into the fabric of the organization, both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

• Validates change sets that are deployed to our production environment
• Create, organize and update ongoing feature documentation and self service debugging tools for internal partners
• Ensures that all deployments are regression tested in a staging environment
• Works closely with the technical team and cross functional managers to ensure a smooth path
• Closely review requirements and create test cases
• Creates clear and concise bug reports; strong understanding of what makes a good bug report
• Serves as the initial point of contact for internal business teams regarding escalated issues
• Follow up with various stakeholders and technical staff in order to resolve issues
• Involved in functional rollouts from the design phase to production deployment

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of QA experience
• Strong understanding of Web Application Quality assurance
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Comfortable working in multiple systems in order to validate scenarios end to end
• Previous work experience in a SAAS environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of risk management and production deployment
• Comfortable having discussions with technical and business stakeholders about escalated issues
• Comfortable translating technical ideas using terms that are easily understandable to a general audience
• Hands on web testing experience in both desktop and mobile contexts

• Familiarity Automation Testing
• Strong interest in project management and product management
• Familiarity with ERP Systems
• Previous experience in direct to consumer (DTC) ecommerce
