DRIVING SAFETY AND PRECISION – QUALITY ANALYST WANTED!
The Quality Analyst drives operational excellence and safety by standardizing quality control processes, leading IATA certification for specialized cargo, and serving as the designated Pharma Responsible Person.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A QUALITY ANALYST
- Promote a strong safety culture across the department and organization
- Create and standardize quality control procedures to ensure timely reporting of load quality issues
- Develop forms and checklists to track and improve quality control performance
- Serve as the Pharma Responsible Person, leading IATA certification and setting handling standards for PHARMA, Live Animals, DGs, and perishables
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement (CI) projects to help achieve key business KPIs
- Communicate project status and escalate issues to stakeholders and senior leadership as needed
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 4 years related aviation experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – other combinations of education and experience will be considered
- IATA Certifications preferred and or Lean Certifications
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
