Neighbors Pediatrics is a medical practice located in Goose Creek, SC. We are committed to providing high quality medical care to children and strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all our patients and their families. Our office is located at 105 Springhall Drive, Goose Creek, South Carolina, United States.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of patient information
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Verify and accurately enter insurance information
-Process patient payments
-Other receptionist duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred (pay rate is based on experience)
- Knowledge of pediatric office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
