Position Summary
Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting
the organization’s recruitment process. Recruitment responsibilities include posting requisitions, advertising,
sourcing, screening, qualifying, and dispositioning applicants, and assisting with On-boarding and the
collection of new hire paperwork. The Coordinator may set-up the hiring manager interview process; as well,
as may conduct exit interviews with voluntary terminated employees.
Essential Job Functions
- Help standardize the recruitment process and cultivate the talent pipeline
- Represent and promote organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to
- Post job advertisements/postings for newspaper, PC Recruiter (Intranet), and internet job Boards (i.e.
- Coordinate pre-employment testing, background checks and drug testing, schedule phone screens
- Initiate and oversee new-hire pre-boarding process and serves as a primary point of contact, ensuring
- Provides recruitment administrative support to assist the team with full cycle recruitment process.
- Participate in and provide analytical support in design, development, and implementation of
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of job fairs and other recruiting activities as needed.
- Organize the appearance and represent the company at job/career fairs.
- Handle incoming job inquiries, collaborating with Recruiter and/or HRBP as applicable.
- Source, screen, and asses qualified candidates to meet hiring managers' needs utilizing multiple
- Request temporary employees from staffing agencies via the requisitions process, by different
- Perform data entry in the company’s applicant tracking system.
- Assist in ensuring compliance in all recruiting processes.
- Provide excellent experience to both our internal business partner and candidates alike.

- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to
- Treat the sensitive personal data with the highest integrity and with strict confidentiality.
- Assist with payment processing for different recruitment vendors.
- Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Education
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, and/or related field preferred.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and
- Ability to handle multiple priorities from various constituents with tight deadlines in a fast-paced
- A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and
- Ability to resolve problems independently and work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Adobe Design Suite experience is a strong plus.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and extensive criminal background checks.
Experience
Preferred- • Basic understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.). • Attention to detail with proven organizational skills • Stress tolerance & patience in interpersonal communication • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personal information
