Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate evaluation and onboarding.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain strong employee relations by ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in training development initiatives to enhance the skills of new hires and existing employees.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide insights for talent management strategies.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for both candidates and the organization.
- Proficient in employee relations practices to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates effectively.
- Experience in employee evaluation techniques to assess candidate fit accurately.
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as Taleo, ADP, or UltiPro is preferred.
- Background in sales can be beneficial for understanding candidate engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of talent management principles to support workforce planning and development.
- Ability to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
