Role Summary
Are you ready to help shape the future of sustainable manufacturing? This newly created role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of RHI Magnesita’s recycling initiatives. As part of a fast-moving and collaborative team, you’ll drive the logistics and coordination that make our recycling pipeline work—from sample sourcing to processor engagement and cost analysis.
This is a highly mobile role, with approximately 50% travel expected to support field operations and build strong relationships with our processor network. You’ll also gain exceptional cross-functional exposure, working with nearly every department at RHI Magnesita to align efforts and drive results. What You’ll Do
- Lead processor meetings to track sample shipments, project updates, and invoicing concerns
- Coordinate transportation logistics and monitor material readiness
- Manage sample dispatches and communicate with QC and R&D teams
- Follow up on new source samples and relay approval or rejection status
- Initiate quote requests and support cost analysis with internal stakeholders
- Evaluate warehouse write-offs and determine recyclability
- Redirect non-compliant materials to JV or other processors
- Collaborate with the Recycling Analyst, Operations Lead, Business Developer, Procurement, Transportation, and JV Partner
