MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A CLINICAL SPECIALIST
As a Full-Time Clinical Specialist at Distinctive Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include visiting DL communities in need of additional clinical support and/or working as an interim Director of Health and Wellness when there is a vacancy. This includes delegating clinical tasks to community care staff, guided by state regulations, and performing comprehensive health assessments within 30 days of resident move-in. You will monitor residents’ health statuses through regular assessments, documenting all findings in our clinical management software. In this dynamic role, you will respond promptly to changes in resident conditions, supporting effective planning and interventions. You’ll also cover weekend on-call duties as assigned, addressing clinical issues as they arise and collaborating with the Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director to maintain compliance with licensing regulations.
