Array Behavioral Care is looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. As a leading teletherapy provider, we are dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality mental health services to those in need. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be an integral part of our mission to make mental healthcare more accessible and convenient.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from patients and potential patients, providing excellent customer service and support.- Utilize the company’s software and databases to schedule appointments, update patient information, and confirm insurance coverage.
- Effectively communicate with patients, providers, and internal team members via telephone, email, and chat.
- Educate patients on our teletherapy services and assist them in navigating the registration and appointment process.
- Escalate any technical or scheduling issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and appointments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise our teletherapy services to potential patients.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathize and diffuse difficult situations with patients.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using databases and software systems.
- Familiarity with mental health terminology and services is a plus.
- Experience with telehealth technology is a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

The pay range for this role is:
27 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Escondido, California, US))
