As a Remote Email Chat Support for Array Behavioral Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient support to our clients through email and chat. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Providing empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients seeking mental health services
- Assisting in scheduling appointments and coordinating services for clients
- Collaborating with our team of mental health professionals to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed
- Proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of mental health and wellness
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client support
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various software and programs
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
