We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Information Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in data entry software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.- Review and correct data discrepancies and errors to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files and records.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Albany, New York, US))
