About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Remote or Office Phone Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering high-quality support. This is an hourly, full-time position, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office. Fluency in English is essential to excel in this role.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Escalate complex problems to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system for future reference.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to company protocols and maintain service quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support, call center, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, telephone systems, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:
24.09 - 35.65 USD per hour(Remote (Lee's Summit, Missouri, US))
