We are seeking dedicated and skilled Roofing professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with specific experience in roofing projects. This role involves working on various construction sites, ensuring that roofing installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools and have a solid understanding of construction practices.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
- Assess roofing systems for damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during roofing tasks.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
- Assist in estimating materials needed for roofing projects.
- Perform additional construction tasks as needed, including drywall installation, masonry work, and frame carpentry.
Experience
- Proven experience in the roofing industry or related construction fields.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Ability to build, plumb, restore, and execute various carpentry tasks.
- Experience with drywall and masonry work is desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to roofing and general construction tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
