Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Roofing Sales Consultant to assist homeowners with their roofing needs. The ideal candidate will have a string customer service orientation and background in roofing or construction sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting roofing materials that meet their needs and budget.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer inquires.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct Presentations and product demonstrations when necessary.
- Collaborate with the installation team to unsure customers satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Familiarity with roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Familiarity with account management practices and techniques for maintaining client satisfaction.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in industries requiring specialized knowledge or solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
