Responsibilities:
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to generate leads
- Perform roof and exterior inspections
- Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations
- Help homeowners file insurance claims - attend adjuster meetings and close deals.
- Build rock-solid relationships with customers, ensuring they're happy from start to finish!
- Become a roofing pro by staying updated on the latest trends and materials
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims and provide tailored home improvement solutions
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Requirements:
- 2-4 years sales closing experience
- Must be physically able to climb roofs daily
- You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get you to and from appointments and the office.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales
- Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals
- You're a go-getter who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile!
- You love building relationships and are a natural communicator.
