As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including telemarketing and inside sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities within the technology sales landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
