The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager – Fayetteville Region who will carry a personal quota, recruit and develop local OSRs (Outside Sales Representatives), and lead with velocity. You’ll split time between closing high-ticket deals and coaching new reps into delivering industry-leading performance.
What You’ll Own:
- Recruit and onboard 3–4 OSRs for your region by Q1
- Coach reps to replicate your performance using Maven’s Closer School methodology
- Ensure pipeline velocity — daily coaching, weekly scorecards, and ride-alongs
- Drive 20% quarter-over-quarter growth in your region
You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You:
- Have 3–5+ years of high‑volume field sales experience (roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement)
- Thrive in self-run, gate‑owner roles — you can hunt and close
- Are passionate about developing talent — people say you're the one who “makes closers”
- Can move fast and stay disciplined (daily tracking, pipeline hygiene, performance coaching)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
