We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented Sales Manager to lead our bridal sales team and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience for every bride. The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving revenue goals, coaching stylists to close confidently, and fostering a culture of excellence in client care. Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Motivate the Sales Team
- Train, coach, and mentor bridal stylists in client engagement, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Run daily huddles to align the team on goals, new arrivals, and service standards.
- Hold team members accountable for performance and customer experience.
- Drive Sales & Conversion
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor KPIs such as average ticket, closing ratios, and add-on sales (accessories, veils, moms, tuxes).
- Strategize with ownership to meet revenue objectives and increase profitability.
- Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure every bride and family receives personalized, celebratory service.
- Step in with clients as needed to model best practices and close sales.
- Resolve service concerns quickly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Inventory & Product Knowledge
- Keep team informed on new gowns, private label collections, and best-selling styles.
- Work with inventory manager to maintain proper stock levels and maximize top sellers.
- Community & Vendor Collaboration
- Support owner in building partnerships with local wedding vendors.
- Represent the boutique at bridal shows, networking events, or in-store events when needed.
- Team Development & Performance
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and annual reviews with stylists.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth and create improvement plans where needed.
- Celebrate wins and foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in retail, bridal, or luxury sales.
- Strong ability to coach stylists in consultative sales and relationship-based closing.
- Knowledge of bridal fashion trends, special order processes, and retail metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — warm, professional, and polished.
- Skilled in goal-setting, accountability, and motivating a team.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and adjust strategies to hit targets.
- Flexible and solution-oriented, with a calm presence during high-volume days.
- Passion for celebrating brides and families while maintaining a strong business focus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
