Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs
- Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly Goals.
- Maintaining work space clean and organized.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for effective territory management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for customer service
- Ability to conduct technical sales presentations and product demos effectively
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales initiatives
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
