Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within an energetic office, with access to industry-leading training. All leads are provided, along with a base salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Present Medicare products to potential prospects, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and Ancillary products (e.g., Cancer, Heart & Stroke, Hospital Indemnity, Recovery Care).
Educate prospects on the differences between Medicare products, ensuring they understand their options and how each product fits their needs.
Make 125+ outbound calls per day with a strong focus on closing leads and nurturing client relationships.
Set and manage appointments: During the onboarding stage, set 4 appointments per day for our licensed agents while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Maintain CRM records: Accurately document client interactions, updates, and sales pipeline progress in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to offer additional insurance products, such as life insurance, annuities, or other financial solutions.
Provide policy servicing: Assist existing clients with policy updates, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.
Adhere to compliance standards: Ensure all sales activities comply with Medicare guidelines and regulations, including obtaining and maintaining proper certifications and licensing.
Stay informed about market trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Medicare policy changes to provide the best solutions to clients.
Collaborate with team members: Share best practices and work together to improve processes and achieve team goals.
Represent the company professionally: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
On-site work required 5 days a week.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling to vetted leads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be coachable and open to feedback.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and results-driven environment.
Life and Health Insurance license or willing to obtain upon acceptance of position.
