Job Description
We are currently searching for a hands-on, outcome-oriented leader with a strong customer service orientation to manage the fast-paced world of our Sales Support Department. As Sales Support Manager, you’ll guide decision-making to support the department’s day-to-day operations. You’ll also use your analytical and problem-solving skills to help the team quickly resolve challenges that arise, guiding them toward the most cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with analyzing data, strategic planning and workflow efficiencies, as well as superb communication, training and interpersonal skills to support the department’s growth and development. Since you’ll be working closely with a variety of cross-functional teams, excellent collaboration skills are also a must. This is a hybrid on-site/remote position, so candidates should live within commuting distance of our Carson, CA, headquarters.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle from receipt of order to installation and delivery, including order fulfillment
- Customer advocate ensuring service delivery excellence and flawless execution to meet customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables, supporting the overall customer journey management
- Coaching, training, mentoring and developing team members to support delivery coordination
- Driving continuous process improvement to ensure both productivity and quality output
- Supporting the daily operations of the Sales Support Department
- Assisting team members in problem solving—with the ability to jump in and collaborate to create fast resolutions and manage escalation management
- Analyzing reports and examining workflows
- Recognizing and rewarding team achievements—big and small
- Positively and proactively managing team members
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial position with an emphasis on sales and customer service
- Experience in CRM management (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels, including relationship management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with inside and outside Sales Teams, including account management responsibilities
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with an outcome-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in multiple software programs; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and post-sales support
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, sales-focused and customer success management-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $70,500 - $95,500 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
