Your role, your impact
As a Salesforce Financial Services Sales Representative, you’ll drive growth by identifying and closing Salesforce projects. You’ll collaborate closely with both Salesforce and client stakeholders, acting as the strategic lead throughout the sales cycle. Reporting to the Financial Services Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Salesforce project space.
Your day-to-day
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Salesforce consulting engagements;
Build and manage relationships with Salesforce FINS teams and Alithya’s Financial Services clients;
Coordinate internal resources to support discovery, solutioning, and proposal development;
Develop and execute strategic close plans, including reference calls and contract negotiations;
Present Alithya’s value proposition and co-author statements of work (SOWs);
Maintain accurate pipeline data using Alithya’s CRM and sales methodology.
Collaborate on account planning and go-to-market strategies with internal and Salesforce stakeholders.
Keys to your success
Minimum 5 years of enterprise software or services sales experience, ideally within Financial Services;
Experience working in a consulting or systems integration environment;
Experience as a seller at Salesforce or a Salesforce Consulting Partner, with strong relationships across Salesforce FINS Account Directors, RVPs, Partner Sales Managers, or other key personnel;
Experience selling Agentforce;
Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar sales quotas and closing large-scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud projects;
Deep understanding of enterprise application technologies, Salesforce architecture, and Financial Services business models, including banking, insurance, and wealth management;
Strong executive presence, communication and negotiation skills.
Extra edge
Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an MBA.
