Your role, your impact
As a Salesforce Health Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in both pre-sales and project delivery for healthcare clients. You’ll work closely with Salesforce and sales teams to support discovery, demonstrations, and proposals, while also leading delivery efforts. Your expertise will help shape scalable, sustainable solutions that improve healthcare operations and outcomes.
Your day-to-day
Collaborate with Salesforce and sales teams during prospect discovery;
Deliver Salesforce Health Cloud demonstrations to potential clients;
Create project estimates, compose proposals, and present them to stakeholders;
Participate in Salesforce Health Checks for healthcare organizations;
Lead discovery plans covering business organizations, processes, and personas;
Create detailed user stories and manage them in Agile tools (e.g., Jira);
Design scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business needs, accounting for data models, security, business processes, and user experience.
Keys to your success
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, including at least 1 project with a healthcare provider;
Salesforce Health Cloud Certification;
Strong solution architecture skills, including design and hands-on configuration;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Extra edge
Experience with payers or “pay-viders”;
Experience in Pharma/Life Science or Med Device/Med-tech.
