Job Overview:
The Scheduler/Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks within the Sleep Lab department.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Clerical experience to include typing and filing preferred
Schedule:
- Per Diem, Days
- Temporary, approximately 12-week position
Essential Functions:
- Answers telephones properly and relays information to appropriate person
- Assembles and disassembles designated charts
- Assists as directed with PI activities such as data collection
- Ensures a safe environment in aspects of care, equipment, and treatment
- Identifies and reports potential and actual patient safety issues
- Keeps medical records complete and in order
- Maintain unit supplies at appropriate par levels
