Requires extensive telephone work, contacting patients and insurance companies and is responsible for additional departmental tasks to assist with goal attainment.
REQUIRED:
- Two (2) years experience in collection, OR b. Associate's Degree in Business.
- Must possess good communication skills.
PREFERRED:
- B.S. degree in Business or Accounting.
- Prior hospital or healthcare experience.
- Three (3) years experience in collection, billing, or related field.
