Job Description: Service Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative
Supervisor: Operations Director

Position Summary:

AT&I’s greatest strength is our people, and we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative (CSR). This dual-role position is responsible for managing service schedules, dispatching technicians, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled in multitasking, and committed to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


Dispatching Duties:

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on availability, location, and skill set.
  • Monitor field operations and adjust schedules as needed to meet service demands.
  • Communicate job details clearly to technicians and ensure timely arrival at job sites.
  • Track service calls and update job statuses in the system.


Customer Service Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, and billing.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Administrative Support:

  • Update and maintain customer databases and service records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service performance.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Knowledge and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
