Essential Duties
- Manage and maintain the Technolutions Slate CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation and performance
- Configure and customize the Slate environment to meet the university’s needs, including creation and management of user accounts, permissions, and roles
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform regular system audits and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and maintain complex queries, reports, and dashboards to support enrollment management and overall university efforts
- Facilitate ongoing development and implementation of new Slate features and initiatives
- Develop and deliver training sessions and resources for faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective use of Slate
- Serve as liaison between Enrollment Management and Information Technology Services to ensure Slate CRM functionality
- Assess applicant usage of Slate CRM and works with Admissions staff to drive engagement
- Collaborate with departments to identify data needs and provide accurate and timely reports for decision making
- Provide day-to-day support to end users, addressing technical issues, answering questions, and offering guidance on best practices
- Support usage of Slate communication and event tools
- Support undergraduate admissions functions
- Assist with other enrollment management projects and special events
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical school coursework and/or practical knowledge required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Requires more than three years of experience working in a college admissions, information systems or similar environment
- Experience providing technical support to a university admissions office with a solid understanding of the undergraduate admissions process
- Experience in the use of the Slate CRM
Other Skills and Abilities:
- To perform this job successfully, the individual should be proficient in the use of the Slate CRM, and have knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database (Banner) software.
- Ability to train and provide technical support for CRM processes, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, respond to ad hoc requests, and develop clear, comprehensive written documentation for all procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
