We’re looking for a Solutions Project Manager who thrives on precision, speed, and accountability. As a Solutions Project Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering smooth, on-time service for our Solutions clients. Your role is to ensure people, processes, and resources are always aligned—no matter what curveballs come our way. You’ll:
- Align daily operations with client expectations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Schedule and coordinate field teams—including backup support as needed
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure service performance and compliance
- Oversee training and prepare materials required for each client account
- Support vendor recruitment and onboarding
- Manage administrative tasks including scope documentation, billing, and internal/external communications
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and act on them
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or coordination roles
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- A “figure-it-out” mindset—when challenges arise, you own the solution
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience working with vendors or independent contractors is a plus
- Comfort working in the field—this is not a desk job
- Confidence using operational software and maintaining accurate records
