We’re looking for a polished, organized, and personable Spanish speaking Wedding Coordinator to manage intimate celebrations. This role is ideal for someone who loves weddings but prefers smaller, detail-driven events. As the Wedding Coordinator, you’ll oversee the setup, flow, and breakdown of weddings
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for couples during their wedding
- Oversee venue setup and décor placement
- Manage vendor arrivals and logistics on the event day
- Coordinate ceremony timing, processional cues, and transitions
- Ensure client requests are executed according to their package
- Provide professional support with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Handle event breakdown and light cleanup post-event
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in wedding or event coordination
- Ability to manage fast-paced environments with grace and professionalism
- Weekend availability (typically Friday–Sunday)
- Prior experience with weddings or event coordination preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing small-scale events
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in hospitality, events, or wedding planning
- Familiarity with timelines, event flow, and vendor communication
- Interest in growing within the wedding industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend final walkthrough and client meetings as needed
- Create, review, or manage the wedding day timeline
- Lead and cue the ceremony processional and recessional
- Ensure all vendors arrive on time and know where to set up
- Manage setup, décor installation, and vendor coordination
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly
- Keep the event running smoothly, staying on timeline
- Handle breakdown and final coordination at the end of the night
