About the Role
GalaxiGen, a global life sciences consulting firm supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device Sponsors, is seeking an experienced Strategic Client Partnerships Consultant. This role is designed for a highly skilled, self-motivated, and versatile professional committed to excellence and capable of cultivating client relationships at the highest levels.
This individual will work closely with GalaxiGen’s President & CEO to build and sustain strong client partnerships, expand business opportunities, and represent GalaxiGen’s Sponsor-centric philosophy with professionalism and authenticity. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to foster long-term partnerships that anticipate and address client needs, while driving outcomes that uphold GalaxiGen’s high standards of Sponsor-focused partnership.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role, including participation in client meetings, serving as a trusted liaison to clients, and ensuring timely, professional engagement across all partnership-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GalaxiGen’s CEO in client meetings, contributing to strategic relationship building and business presentations.
- Serve as a visible and trusted client liaison, ensuring inquiries and time-sensitive requests are managed with professionalism, accuracy, and prompt timeliness.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and discretion in client interactions, including identifying matters requiring escalation to GalaxiGen leadership.
- Represent GalaxiGen in client meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationship-building efforts.
- Support the development and execution of strategic partnership efforts that align with GalaxiGen’s growth and Sponsor-centric philosophy.
- Contribute to market insights and intelligence to inform GalaxiGen’s strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of life sciences industry experience, with direct experience in internal Sponsor (pharma, biotech, or medical device) companies.
- Prior experience working within a CRO or Sponsor clinical function (e.g., Clinical Operations, Regulatory, or Quality).
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline required.
- Proven expertise in business development and client partnership management within the life sciences industry.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in evolving business contexts.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong professional relationships, with advanced interpersonal communication skills that foster trust, collaboration, and alignment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates alignment with GalaxiGen’s values and ensures consistent representation of the firm’s Sponsor-centric philosophy.
