Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner drives the full lifecycle of talent acquisition and ensures a high touch, positive experience with candidates and hiring managers. This role partners with people leaders to build talent acquisition strategies and manage processes that attract talent that aligns with OCDC’s mission, vision, and values. The positions support the head of Talent Acquisition in identifying, building, and implementing various programs and initiatives.
