Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team, supporting a large and fast-growing healthcare organization. This role will be responsible for managing corporate recruitment efforts and driving talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs for corporate positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and background/reference checks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and job boards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication throughout the process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring completion of new hire paperwork and coordination with IT for set-up (logins, equipment, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; prior experience with BambooHR is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
