About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President, Talent Acquisition to transform and lead our global hiring function—positioning TR as an industry leader in recruiting excellence. In this pivotal role, you will architect and drive a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that not only meets our business hiring needs, but also champions an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers and talent acquisition partners. Your leadership will ensure TR attracts, engages, and hires world-class talent, fueling our continued growth and success.
Reports to: Chief Talent Officer
Location: You will work in a hybrid environment and be based in one our North American hub locations (Minneapolis, Dallas, Ann Arbor, New York, Toronto)
As the VP, Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Lead Talent Acquisition as a global center of excellence, developing and evolving best-in-class capabilities, processes, metrics, reporting, and technology infrastructure.
- Inspire and direct a large, global team of talent acquisition partners, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Partner with the VP, Talent Acquisition Innovation & Operations, and Digital HR & Global Services teams to modernize, automate, and scale our global recruiting processes—reimagining how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
- Drive the evolution of Talent Acquisition into a team of strategic talent advisors, leveraging data, technology, and deep market insights to deliver on business needs.
- Serve as the face of TR Talent Acquisition, building executive relationships and championing critical hiring initiatives and organizational change.
- Develop agile capabilities to flex with changing hiring demands, including effective management of third-party and agency partnerships.
- Contribute to a holistic talent management strategy, supporting skills-based hiring, internal mobility, and workforce planning.
- Elevate TR’s reputation as an employer of choice by attracting and hiring top talent who embody our values.
About You

- Build and inspire engaged, resilient teams that overcome obstacles and deliver results.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong executive presence and storytelling skills.
- Have a track record of managing senior executive relationships and influencing at the highest levels.

- Are humble, impact-driven, collaborative, and committed to lifelong learning.
Additional requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or related talent functions, with at least 5 to 7 years leading teams at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
