M Shack - a modern burger joint that serves delicious fresh-ground burgers, fries, hot dogs, hand-spun shakes, beer, wine, and cocktails is seeking for a Front of House Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team. M Shack is part of the locally owned Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts Restaurant Group that is currently comprised of 6 restaurants of all different brands.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
- Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff for guests
- Build a rapport with regular guests to keep them coming back
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system
- Take pride in keeping the restaurant clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
- Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous restaurant experience 1+ years
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Food safety understanding and practice
- Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 30 days of hire
