This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with prospects through excellent communication skills.
- Identify and qualify leads, passing on potential clients to the sales team.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in telemarketing activities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.
