Job Description:
Reviews and organizes search data provided by abstractors for deficiencies and accuracy.
Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures.
Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided.
Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload in coordination with team lead.
Performs all other duties as assigned by management or team lead.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
- Real estate: 3 years (Preferred)
- Document review: 3 years (Preferred)
- Legal Admin: 3 years (Preferred)
- Clerical: 3 years (Preferred)
- Title officer/Specialist: 3 years (Preferred)
