Vendor Relations & Training Coordinator
Location: Birmingham, MI
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 30–40 hours/week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Vendor Relations & Training Coordinator. This role will focus on coordinating vendor days, facilitating budtender education meetings, and supporting our Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate vendor days with brand partners.
- Organize and facilitate Budtender Education Meetings twice weekly:
- Mondays at 10:00 AM & 5:00 PM
- Tuesdays at 10:00 AM & 5:00 PM
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication and setup.
- Assist the Director of Operations with various administrative and operational projects.
- Maintain schedules, track attendance, and gather feedback from budtender trainings.
- Support overall store operations when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in cannabis retail, vendor management, or training coordination is a plus but not required.
- Reliable and professional demeanor with excellent follow-up skills.
